If You’re Currently Mid-Membership

Nothing changes for you until your renewal date. You keep your current rate and terms — including your current per-meeting rate — right up until you renew. There’s no need to do anything.

If you’d like to move to All-Inclusive sooner, you can convert anytime before your renewal. We’ll credit you for the months remaining on your current membership. For example: if you have 5 months left on a Basic membership, that’s a credit of about $295 ÷ 12 × 5 ≈ $123 toward the new All-Inclusive fee.

Once you do renew, you’ll choose one of the new pricing options — your old rate isn’t carried forward at that point.

A Few Questions We’ve Heard — and Our Answers

“Will my per-meeting cost jump from $15 to $30 before I renew?”

No. Your current rate is protected until your renewal date. The new $30 rate applies to new members and to anyone renewing on or after October 1 — it doesn’t retroactively apply to members mid-term.

“If All-Inclusive is the best value, why keep Pay-As-You-Go so visible?”

Good question, and a fair one. Pay-As-You-Go isn’t meant to compete with membership — it’s there for guests, and for members who need to step back for a season but still want to stay connected to CAWEE. All-Inclusive remains, by a wide margin, the better deal for anyone attending regularly, and we’ll keep making sure that’s clear wherever pricing is shown. We’re open to better ideas here too, so let us know if you have one.

“Do All-Inclusive members have to register for every meeting?”

We heard this loud and clear — nobody wants one more thing to remember every month. Here’s where we landed: registration is still required for every meeting, online and in-person alike, for everyone — including All-Inclusive members. We need those numbers for planning, and applying different rules to different meeting types would just cause confusion. The good news: registering stays simple. All-Inclusive members use their personal discount code each time they register, so there’s never a charge. We’re happy to hear other ideas here too.

We’re Still Listening

A few of the details above are still being refined, and your feedback has already shaped this plan — thank you to everyone who’s asked questions so far. If you have thoughts, concerns, or a better idea, reach out to Martina or Christina any time.

CAWEE inspires people to come together!

Monthly Morning and Noon meetings

Morning meetings, held online the second Thursday morning of each month, are a key benefit of CAWEE membership. Start your day with an informative, timely and fun meeting from 7:30 to 9:00! You will find 30-40 members and guests in attendance ready to build on their relationships with you.

In addition to the morning meeting, you'll be able to attend CAWEE Power Hour at noon on on the fourth Thursday of the month (no meetings in July and August). Bring your lunch and build relationships with other members and guests. You may be chosen for the CAWEE Podcast interview!

Along with an opportunity for each attendee to present a 20-second infomercial, you will participate in smaller breakout sessions which members rave about - their favourite parts of both meetings.

A variety of CAWEE members take turns hosting these sessions so expect to see a variety of faces in in this role.

After Work Events

After Work Events are an integral part of the CAWEE experience. We hold two or three informal get-togethers each year in addition to our annual Open House. These evening events also serve as fundraisers for our charity of choice.

After Work Events provide a chance to network with like minded women in a casual environment and enjoy some refreshments in a central Toronto location. Events normally run for one and a half to two hours starting at 5:30.

Our annual Open House offers an opportunity to welcome guests and highlight the benefits of CAWEE for those new to the association and possibly considering membership.
